SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY WAIVER

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following as a condition to participating in the event at Trade + Tempo, LLC:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand and acknowledge that skating and related activities at Trade + Tempo involve inherent and potential risks, Including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, illness, permanent disability, paralysis, and even death. I voluntarily elect to participate with full knowledge and acceptance of these risks.

2. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities at Trade + Tempo, I, for myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby waive, release, and discharge Trade + Tempo, its owners, employees, agents, partners, and promoters from and liability for personal injury, death, property loss or damage arising from participation in activities, except to the extent arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. PHYSICAL FITNESS CERTIFICATION
I certify that I am physically fit and have not been advised by a medical professional to avoid activities such as skating. If I am unsure of my fitness, I will consult with a medical professional before participating.

4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES AND RULES
I agree to follow all posted and verbal rules, wear appropriate safety gear (if needed), conduct myself responsibly at all times, and comply with Trade + Tempo staff, partners, and promoters. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity or premises.

5. MEDIA RELEASE
I grant permission for Trade + Tempo to use photographs, videos, or other media taken of me during studio activities for business promotion and publicity, unless I decline in writing.
